| 2013 | Launched a preventive dental care program for students at Saipipi Primary School, including oral health checkups and fluoride mouth-rinse activities. Donations of teaching materials and stationery were also initiated. |

| 2016 | Hidetoshi Ujihara, Ex-Co-Representative, joined the activities. A project report meeting was held for teachers in the Saipipi area and a former Minister of Health, where project outcomes were presented and the continuation of the program was approved. |
| 2017 | Held a project report meeting for stakeholders of Saipipi Primary School to share the outcomes of the initiative. |
| 2018 | Daiji Furuse, Wakako Ito, and Akiho Itagaki joined, and the NGO Lumanai Samoa was officially established. An exhibition titled “Talofa Samoa – Learning About Life in a South Pacific Island Nation” and a museum lecture were held at the Kagawa University Museum. |
| 2019 | Initiated discussions on periodontal disease treatment with local dentists at Tuasivi National Hospital. |
| 2025 | Obtained legal status and reorganized as Lumanai Samoa, General Incorporated Association. |
